Özet: The concept of organizational citizenship behaviour can be expressed as a set of individual behaviors that help each other to benefit organizational development. This topic has attracted the attention of scholars over last twenty years in Turkey. Many studies were conducted and articles were written related to this area. Organizational citizenship behaviours of university students are reviwed in this study in order to provide a literature update and positive academical results. The first section describes organizational citizenship behaviours of university students in Turkey over last twenty years. In the second section discussion and conclusions are presented.
