Özet: This study has been conducted in Adana conditions at Akko XIII, Champagne de Grasse, Gold Nugget and Sampiyon loquat cultivars. In the study, pollen viability rate, pollen germination rate, amount of pollen production and normal developed pollen rates were determined in three different period (first bloom, full bloom and end of bloom). The pollen viability studies with TTC test and pollen germination experiments with agar in the petri method, the viability values ranged from 64.42% and 87.67%; germination levels were between 44.57% and 67.41%. Champagne de Grasse showed the lowest levels for both parameters. Amount of pollen in an anther and a flower were determined with Hemocytometric method and values became quite high in all cultivars. Amount of pollen in an anther is ranged between 18.530,7 and 24.229,4, amount of pollen in a flower was found between 394.064,0 and 574.335,5. In terms of normal developed pollen rates, Champagne de Grasse had the lowest values (66.14%) while Gold Nugget (93.44%) had the highest value. As a result of this research, Akko XIII, Gold Nugget and Şampiyon loquat cultivars were adequate in terms of pollinator potential, while Champagne de Grasse was lower
