Özet: This article will examine the theory of evolution, which has intrigued mankind since it was first introduced by Charles Darwin nearly one hundred and fifty years ago. Those who support evolution give this theory a new form according to each century. Religious people criticize this theory because they find it contrary to their religious beliefs and thoughts. In the study, brief and concise information about the theory will be presented, and then the ideas that the theory is approved by the Qur'an by some Muslim scholars will be discussed. The criticisms of Mustafa Sabri, who opposes those who claim that the theory of the Qur'an overlaps with evolution, will be included, based on the comments supporting his own views by providing evidence in a few verses. In fact, Mustafa Sabri says that those who act in this way achieve such outcomes because of imitating westerners. Moreover, he argues that this theory is in no way compatible with Islamic belief and thought. According to him, no matter what they do, the followers of this theory and this interpretation will not be able to give this theory an Islamic robe. As a matter of fact, the Qur'an directly and very clearly states that the sons of Adam were created from soil, without an opened door for interpretation, and it says that, contrary to the common view adopted by the supporters of natural selection, the process of creation of human beings did not occur within stages of development. Then Mustafa Sabri's opinion on the issue of skeletons and fossils that were discovered in different regions of the world is presented, and discussing these arguments that the Darwinists inferred on the issue of natural selection and the occurrence of kinship between humans and monkeys. In this study, the approach developed by Mustafa Sabri to this theory and his presentation of the internal problems, internal inconsistencies and dilemmas of this theory will be discussed. Again, the dangers of the theory will be mentioned for the new generation of believers, and it will be tried to show that its implicit and hidden purpose is to break the bond between God and the universe. It will be said that this theory is for the purpose of God having no influence on the universe. In the end, answers to some questions will be sought in this research, and in cases where no answer can be found, at least the relevant question will be resolved. For example, what is the main element in the background of the evolutionary chain of humans and other living things? For example, if man evolved from apes, will the evolutionary process continue according to the theory in question? In other words, if the ape evolved into man, what will man evolve or do? If the aforementioned theory of evolution has based its success and accuracy, does this mean that religious knowledge and belief will be shelved and belief in Allah shaken? How meaningful is it to base faith on a theory that is the product of the human mind? Can it be said that a theory that has not been fully proven and verified, and yet not wholly challenged, will uproot traditional religious beliefs? To what extent is it acceptable for a theory that seems to be valid on some facts and facts in nature to make sense of and interpret everything in the universe? In this article, answers will be sought to questions such as whether the increase in the recognition of physical and biological laws and laws can render the theology in the field of metaphysics meaningless.
