Özet: In this study, it was aimed to determine whether school principals' visionary leadership levels predict teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors. In this context, the study has a quantitative design and the relational survey model, which is one of the general survey models, is used. The population of the study consists of teachers working in public primary, secondary and high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul in the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample of the study consists of teachers working in schools selected by 'convenience sampling method' in the Anatolian side of Istanbul province. The data were collected with the help of "Visionary Leadership Scale", "Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Scale" and 'Personal Information Form' developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed with the help of correlation and regression analysis techniques. According to the research it was found that school principals' level of exhibiting visionary leadership and teachers' level of exhibiting organizational citizenship behaviors were 'high'. Teachers' perceptions about school principals' visionary leadership levels do not show significant differences according to gender, educational status, seniority, and age variables, while they show significant differences according to the working time with the school principal variable. In the study, a significant positive relationship was found between school principals' visionary leadership levels and teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors. School principals' visionary leadership levels predict teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors.
