Özet: With the Covid-19 epidemic's spread of remote working models, the continuous rise in the number of virtual organisations has enabled the effective use of information technologies and management information systems in business processes. Because to this circumstance, the idea of digital leadership—which is the forerunner of the digital transformation process—is widely discussed in academic papers. The goal of this study is to present a comprehensive view of the relevant literature by analysing the content of scientific publications on the concept of "digital leadership" published between 2004 and 2022. In this direction, 134 scientific publications on digital leadership were examined with the bibliometric analysis method using the Web of Science database, and the results were visualised using the VOSviewer software programme. According to bibliometric analyses, the most publications in the form of articles on bibliometric leadership were discovered, and there was an increase in publications, particularly after 2019. The research found that the majority of publications were in the field of management Germany was the most productive country, El Sawy, Kraemmergaard, Amsinck, and Vinther (2016) was the most cited author, and digital transformation was the most used keyword. It is expected that the findings of the analysis will serve as a foundation for future research on the subject and will inform researchers about topics that are likely to be the focus of research activities in the near future, based on the published studies on digital leadership.
