Özet: The tourism and logistics sector occupies an important place in the economic development of countries. In particular, countries that are not yet industrialized see tourism as a source of foreign exchange. Similarly, the logistics sector is of great importance for the economic progress of a country. Due to the importance of both sectors, the study ranked the countries of the European Union according to their performance in tourism and logistics and grouped them together. PROMETHEE, which belongs to the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, and the k-means method for clustering were used for the ranking. The result of the ranking: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Italy are among the first 12. At the same time, the mentioned countries are grouped into cluster 0 in the cluster analysis. Both the MCDM and cluster results show that these countries are ahead of the others in terms of tourism and logistics performance. The study leading to this result is important to show the status of EU countries and Turkey in terms of tourism and logistics performance. The aim of the study is to contribute to the literature in this field by focusing on tourism and logistics performance.
