Özet: In the time period after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially the areas in need of rapid economic recovery attracted more attention. Due to the pandemic, logistics and supply processes at the global level have been disrupted and rules have been revised in systems that have been established for many years. As a result, the situation of "production occurs when you find raw materials instead of just in time" has emerged. On the other hand, the new formation processes that have developed with the impact of the pandemic have brought new opportunities and innovations. For a product or service to be halal, all its processes must be halal. Therefore, logistics and supply processes should not be ignored. The aim of the research is to address the problems and opportunities in the logistics and supply processes of halal concept hotel businesses. Within the scope of the research, face-to-face in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 senior managers of halal concept hotel businesses operating in Antalya region. According to the results of the research, it is seen that halal concept hotel businesses are in the development phase and serve an economically important niche market. It has been determined that some of these businesses have experienced logistics and supply processes that are not suitable for the halal concept in the packaging, storage and transportation processes of products and services.
