Özet: While the rapidly developing internet and new media technologies have caused radical changes in society, they have also transformed communication practices. The most important feature that new media offers to individuals is interactive communication. While there is a one-sided communication in the traditional media, new media technologies have completely destroyed this perception and even allowed the audience to actively participate in the broadcasts and determine the content. In the study, the contents of Samsun's internet televisions for a week were examined and the process of adaptation to technology, which was changing gradually, was tried to be understood. The influence of the audience in the changing television broadcasting has been evaluated through the eyes of the broadcasters. In this period when internet television was intense, what the audience wanted to watch most in Samsun was revealed by both content analysis method and blended with the in-depth interviews with the broadcasters and presented to the reader. While in-depth interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research, the questions were determined as semi-structured. The sample of the research consists of names who take part in various positions in internet televisions broadcasting in the city center of Samsun. The responses received were analyzed with the discourse analysis method, and the weekly broadcasts of internet televisions were analyzed with the content analysis method, and the results were obtained by combining the two.
