Özet: The aim of this study is to determine the views of BİLSEM teachers in the context of Technology Acceptance Model about eTwinning, a multicultural platform that provides cooperative learning by establishing partnerships between European schools and is widely used by teachers. The study is a qualitative research and has a case study pattern. 25 teachers from different branches and seniority from 190 BİLSEMs all over Turkey participated in the research. As a data collection method, a semi-structured interview form was prepared, and the interviews were carried out in a virtual environment due to the pandemic. The obtained data were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive analysis methods. According to the results of the study, Bilsem teachers stated that they perceived the platform and the technology components it brought with it as difficult and complex. However, they said that their perceptions changed due to the benefit it provides as they use it. There are also participants who stated that the platform has a difficult structure. They stated that teachers' attitudes towards technological tools such as eTwinning and especially Web 2.0 tools that need to be used together are positive and they try to integrate them into their lessons because of the benefits they see. It is presented as a suggestion for new researchers that this study can be done in different educational institutions.
