Özet: This study aimed to identify the nature of the Palestinian strategic environment within the course of the Battle of Saif-al-Quds between the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian residence in the Gaza Strip in May 2021. To achieve the study goal, the study used three approaches: 1-descriptive analytical, 2-national reconciliation, and 3- comparative approach. The study consists of three parts. The first part dealt with the definition of the Battle of Saif-al-Quds by referring to its background and its most important causes and effect. The second part dealt with the concept of the strategic environment, its fundamentals and characteristics. The third part dealt with the Palestinian strategic environment in its local, regional and international dimensions. The study concluded that the Battle of Saif al-Quds broke out for common national causes. It took place as an initiative by all Palestinian parties being united in one arena. This was in fact different from the previous rounds of Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. At the same time, the Palestinian strategic environment was marred by a significant number of issues that were not in favour of the Palestinian Case at the local, regional and international levels. Rather, this was closer to the Israeli interest.
