Özet: The aim of this study is to examine the digital literacy levels of science teachers according to the variables of gender, age, education level and years of service. In the research, scanning method from the quantitative research method was used. The study group of the research consists of science teachers working in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the southeast Anadolu region in the 2021-2022 academic year. The “Digital Literacy Scale” was used as a data collection tool. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to evaluate the data obtained in the study. In the "general knowledge and functional skills" dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of the digital literacy scale of science teachers, it was seen that the digital literacy levels of male teachers were higher than female teachers according to gender. There are statistically significant differences in the mean score of the scale and its sub-dimensions such as "ethics and responsibility", "daily use", "privacy and security", "social dimension" between the 21-30 age range and the 41-50 age range. A statistically significant difference was observed between the groups in the "general knowledge and functional skills" sub-dimension according to the educational status. A statistically significant difference was observed between the 1-10 service years and 11-20 service years groups in the sub-dimensions of "ethics and responsibility", "social dimension", "daily use", "confidentiality and security" according to the service year variable.
