Özet: We live in a time of unprecedented social, economic, technological, biological, political, and environmental problems, and we are in need of renewal, change, transformation and development at the global level in many areas. As a result of this situation, the world and especially developing countries such as Turkey need more and more diverse entrepreneurs, innovative and public-minded people. Innovation and entrepreneurship are both thought to have potentials to achieve high rates of sustainable economic growth and development, create more job opportunities, to bring solution-focused political remedies to please the different sides, to support better life conditions and to overcome many different obstacles brought by the 21st century. Then, why don't we have enough entrepreneurial, innovative, and publicly well-minded people in different fields? How can we create an entrepreneurial and innovative ecosystem that will nurture individuals' entrepreneurial, innovative, and publicly well-thinking spirits? In this article, on the one hand, the need for more innovation and whether these innovations will be beneficial for people and humanity are examined, on the other hand, it is shared that an innovative, entrepreneurial, and public-oriented ecosystem can be created if an education system implemented by entrepreneurial teachers that focuses on individual differences and is based on alternative assessment techniques taking the public interest into account.
