Özet: In this research, how the trust of the participating personnel in their managers, colleagues and institutions is formed, and the relationship between organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors of academic staff were examined. The research is in a relational screening model. Within the scope of the study, the information received from the Fırat University Personnel Department in November 2021, the universe includes 2105 personnel. In the research, the survey method, which is based on convenience sampling and quantitative data technique, was used. The prepared questionnaires were distributed to 450 personnel, and 337 academic personnel participated to our research. Data were collected with the "Organizational Trust Scale" and "Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale". In data analysis, percentage and frequency statistics were used to determine the descriptive characteristics of the sample group. Mean and standard deviation statistics were used to determine organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior levels. In determining the relationships between variables correlation analysis was used. As a result of the research, it was determined that the organizational citizenship behavior levels of the academics were higher than the organizational trust levels and that there was a positive and significant relationship between the organizational trust levels and the organizational citizenship behavior levels.
