Özet: With the declaration of the II. Constitutional Monarchy, there was a revival in the press, and many magazines were published one after another. In this direction, Say u Amel came out in 1910. The aim of the study is to determine the publication policy in the light of all issues of the journal. Although Say u Amel is a workers' magazine, it has addressed all economic problems and offered solutions. Say u Amel has given the economic and labor problems from a national point of view. The magazine did not defend socialism, only informed its readers about moderate socialism. He gave workers' problems from a national perspective, not from an international perspective. In addition to the problems of workers, articles on economic issues such as industry, capital, education and agriculture were also seen in the magazine, and he gave these issues from a national point of view. Ethem Nejat and Mustafa Suphi, who wrote articles in the magazine and are known as socialists, are seen as Turkist intellectuals who did not adopt socialism in these years and had close relations with the Committee of Union and Progress. In this study, the method of description was applied, and the economic problems of the Ottoman Empire were given in the light of Sa'y u Amel in line with the historical process.
