The methodology of this research is to provide a comprehensive review of the reinforcement studies conducted in the field of nursing through literature review. When evaluating the structural and psychological empowerment practices of nursing in Turkey and abroad, it is observed that empowerment primarily increases job satisfaction, supports the provision of safe health services, and decreases negative feelings and behaviors such as quitting and burnout.
