Özet: The meaning of Urban Transformation is to identify the problematic areas of the city and to remedy these problems. To briefly emphasize its importance, it means 'life'. So urban regeneration can save many lives. Predetermining the buildings that will be destroyed as a result of natural disasters or identifying the damaged buildings after natural disasters and eliminating these problems means saving lives.
