Özet: Timeshare properties and timeshare vacations are timesharing systems; and one of the fastest growing segments in tourism industry. As in all touristic activities, progressing of these systems rely on consumer satisfaction from pre-sale attitudes to post-sale services. However, some problems occurred during this process and customer complaints relevant to these problems have caused a negative image on timeshare properties and vacations in Turkey. Therefore, 344 complaints, which took place at 13 January 2012, in the web site of http://www.sikayetvar.com were analyzed and examined through content analysis. Consequently, it has been observed that most of the complaints are about contract cancellation, rescission and refunds; however, although numbers of complaints concerning these issues are evident, there are no attempts to solve these problems. Finally, several recommendations are made for the concerning parties based on our findings and results
