Özet: Objectives: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy has been identified with a high recurrence of strange intrapartum fetal pulse, amniotic liquid meconium, rashness, and perinatal mortality. To decide if these unfavorable perinatal results could be improved with dynamic intercession, we assessed our outcomes. Study Design: We report an evaluation case-control investigation of 320 sequential patients 9 with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy the executives with antepartum testing and dynamic mediation over a 2-year time span. End: Antenatal testing and planned intercession of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy are related to a decrease of the recently revealed unfriendly perinatal results.
