Materials & Methods: A total of 259 patients were enrolled in the present study. Only those patients were included in which confirmed diagnosis of microbial infection was enrolled. Swab samples were obtained from all the patients and were sent for culture analysis. Spectrum of microbial infections was obtained after culture analysis reports. All the results were recorded and analysed by SPSS software. Results: A total of 259 patients with presence of microbial infections were analysed. Among these patients, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Streptococcus pneumonia, Enterococcus spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida spp. and Salmonella typhi infections were seen in 21.62 percent, 16.22 percent, 15.44 percent, 13.51 percent, 10.81 percent, 7.72 percent, 6.18 percent and 4.63 percent of the patients respectively.
