Özet: Dental injury during general anesthesia while intubation is a frequent cause of morbidity for patients and a source of litigation against anesthetists. Most injuries occur as a result of laryngoscopy. Dental injury may range from a simple enamel fracture to avulsion and pulmonary aspiration. We report a case of dislodged tooth during intubation being done for a 25year old male patient with maxillofacial trauma. We propose a protocol for management of dislodged tooth during intubation.
