The research was conducted with a relational survey model. In order to test the theoretical model generated by the variables of the research, a structural equality modelling and path analysis were established. The study was carried out with 287 teachers working in the official secondary schools of the Ministry of National Education within the borders of Büyükçekmece and Çatalca districts of Istanbul province in the 2017-2018 academic year. In the research, the Visionary Leadership Scale, Talent Management Scale in Education and Positive Psychological Capital Scale were used as data collection tools. In order to test the theoretical model formed by the variables of the study, structural equation modelling was established and path analysis was created. According to the teachers’ perceptions, it was determined that the positive psychological capital levels of the teachers showed a partial mediator role in the relationship between school principals' visionary leadership and talent management.
