Özet: This study aimed at diagnosing the extent to which teachers of Islamic education in the post-basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman knew educational negotiation skills, and their application in school environments, and also the impact of the years of experience variable on that. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study population was (200) male and female teachers, a random sample of (132) male and female teachers was selected. A questionnaire was designed that consisted of (25) statements, divided into two areas: the cognitive side (11) statements, and the practical side (14) statements. The descriptive analysis method was adopted, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the Alpha coefficient. The study findings showed that: Islamic education teachers' knowledge of educational negotiation skills was accurate. It was applied in school in an accurate way also. The findings also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample in the cognitive and applied fields due to the years of experience variable.
