Özet: Granular cell tumour (GCT) which are frequently located in subcutaneous and mucosal tissue are rare tumors with prevalence ranging from 0.019% to 0.003% of all neoplasms. These tumours also known as Abrikossof tumour are usually in benign character and they are originated from schwann cells. In literature with small case series, even though clinical parameters guide to diagnosis, the differential diagnosis of malign and benign GCT can only be done by pathological evaluation. Also especially in malign cases malign melanoma and spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma are in differential diagnosis. In here we report clinical and histopatological features of benign and malign GCT cases which are rare and also compare these cases in details with literature.
