Özet: Cyst hydatic disease is a parasitic infestation caused by Taenia echinococcus, seen most often in sheep-rearing areas. We presented a woman with renal hydatid cysts with symptoms of ureteral colic and appearance of grape-like material in her urine. Hydatid disease can also be presented with ureteral colic and should be considered in differential diagnosis
