Özet: The great majority of malignant melanoma arises in the skin and in the choroid membrane of the eye. Primary malignant melanoma of the genitourinary tract is quite rare and accounts for approximately 0,2% of all melanomas. However, metastases of malignant melanoma to the genitourinary tract are relatively common. Gross hematuria is the most frequent symptom. Some patients may present with symptoms related to cystitis. Up to now 19 cases have been reported in the literature. In this case report, we aimed to present extremely rare case of primary malignant melanoma with literature
