Özet: Backgrounds: research was aimed that determine the structure of families in Central Şanlıurfa, the differences between neighborhoods and identify healthy and unhealthy families. Methods: A total of 638 households and 1276 people is created and data were collected with a questionnaire and the Family Assessment. In evaluating the data mean, standard deviation, median, minimum and maximum values and percentile numbers have been used Results: Considering the dimensions of the Family Assessment majority of families that %62,2 appear unhealthy, healthy families in the district where the majority Haliliye was observed (p <0.05). Unhealthy families mostly male dominated family owned property is specified (p <0.05). Conclusions: According to research findings; parents of center of Şanlıurfa usually identified to young families, low level of education and income was found to be insufficient Father's and mother's family in the assessment to be seen to be the same, more responsible for my father's family have been implicated. Şanlıurfa more centers family that was be seen to have an immediate family.
