Özet: The social state aproach of Keynesian Economy led to “consumerism” movement in West and “Total Quality Management” studies in Japan. Those two studies became one of the fundamental determinants in socialisation of business organisations from closed organization mentality to open structures. In this article, discussing the social responsibilitity areas of business organizations within the frame of consumer protection idea and consumer rights and protection within the context of Turkish and European Laws, it is tried to determine what is needed to be done an this subject.
