Özet: In this paper; First of all we examined the debt management policy in Turkey and than expansionary fiscal policies and their role in reducing the debt ratio are examined. The success of fight fiscal policies is determined by the ability to reduce debt stock or primary deficit. In this manner of success the fiscal policies in Turkey are reserched. At the end we examined debt manegament office as a debt management policy
