Özet: This article is about expressing the methods used in shoe last design for educational purposes. The first point emphasises the relation to general shoe last design education, both in Turkey and the world, which later leads to specific shoe design. The information given will incorporate shoe design, designs and knowledge about shoe last. The explanations of methods used are those by Istanbul Aydin University; such pattern design, problems of shoe last design education, corrective solutions, educational methods for shoe last design, type of materials used and the inspiration for designing these shoe last.
