Özet: Entrepreneur must perceive current status; this is prerequisite to determine a target. Therefore, entrepreneurial strategy is a kind of road to the target, using most current data. Strategic Entrepreneurship Actions exhibit a certain level of success depending on structural feature of Entrepreneurial Character. Entrepreneurs’ priorities should be explorative, thus and so, decisions and objectives can be consistent. The article, in this direction, examines corelation between organization, coordination and audit in terms of entrepreneur
