Özet: This study aims to analyze to the form, conservation and evaluation of the corporate reputation of an organisation. Today’s world is in such a hard competition so that most of the companies could not protect neither their brand nor corporate values with just tangible assets. Whole managing board and CEOs takes the most important roles by managing all these tangible and intangible assets. Especially CEOs are the main representative of the companies. Thereby the decisions and the ideas of the CEOs represent that company. This study is intended to discuss the notion of corporate reputation and the roles of the CEOs in building the corporate reputation in Turkey and in the world
