Özet: Probiotic bacteria are members of the human intestinal natural microflora. Generally, it’s lactic acid-producing bacteria. Colony forming is inhibited the presence of pathogenic bacteria. This type of bacteria for the fermentation process of the gastrointestinal system performs energy recovery. Acetate and lactate as a result of biochemical reactions, especially Bifidobacteria creates. As a product of fermentation of lactic acid and acetic acid, thus, lower pH environment and negatively affect the growth of pathogenic bacteria. Low pH also reduces the passage of ammonia into the blood. Biochemical reactions as a result of lactic acid, acetic acid bacteriocin, proteins, protein complexes, fatty acids and other elements of intestinal colonization of probiotic bacteria in the system stronger. Thus, probiotic bacteria barriers the presence of pathogenic bacteria
