Özet: In nowadays, many of companies understand how important that the staff’s motivation and the state of belongings to their company are. For tahat reason, they use ‘Performance Rating System’ gor appraising their workers.After appraising all the workers performance and efficiency with this system, they determine how much salary they will pay. It creates a fair payment system between the workers .In this study, performance raiting systes and performancce-based salary systems which are applicable in textile sector and its effects to salary of employees is explained
