Özet: The electoral system is a voting system at the same time. It shows individual or citizen satisfactions about the electoral process. Implementation of the electoral system correctly and objectivity to occur at the maximum level, the results indicated the will of society and to be digested by the masses, as well as the community is related to the depth penetration. If an electoral system is properly implemented by the government, the confidence of the people will increase at the same level. In this respect, the electoral system may be adopted by the community and is a qualified trust must provide. Turkey is a country in which Electoral system is changed during a certain period. Systematic differences and the political structure causes the electoral system changing. Because the electoral system can’t be different the country political structure and the feedback of the freedom ideas. In this article; the emergence of the electoral system that occurred in 1950-1960, and the period after the general information on the structure will be studied
