Özet: The achievement of the set goals of the enterprises is one of the most important purposes of the HRM unit. For this purpose, the HRM units perform in-service training activities for employee in order to increase efficiency and profitability of the enterprises. Despite the importance of in-service training activities, that is the one of the most important function of the HRM, there are still problems on this issue. Especially in the labor-intensive tourism enterprises is possible more to talk about these problems. The purpose of this study in this regard is to evaluate the in-service training problems in tourism enterprises and the role of human resource management units in the solution of these problems. In this study prepared by the literature method have been discussed primarily the important and the problems of in-service training. In the second part of the study, the role of the HRM unit have been discussed the elimination of in-service training problems in the tourism enterprises. In the conclusion of the study, some solutions for the problems in the in-service training in the tourism enterprises have been presented and some suggestions have been developed for the subject and researchers
