Özet: Any attitudes or behaviors, may it be intentional or not, which have any negative impacts in the upbringing of a child can be classified within the framework of abuse. When looked into the types of abuse, the happenings of sexual abuse require immediate attention since it can lead to big traumas and irreparable scars that it may leave on the child and the family. The main subject of the The Children Monitoring Center (CMC) is to eliminate secondary trauma in children and to support the child and the family medically, psychologically, and legally when keeping in mind of all types of abuse and the heavy traumatic conditions that they will lead to. The purpose of our research is to figure out how to adapt the abused children back into the community after the required processes have been completed, without traumatizing the child with legal and medical manners, with the help of experts of the CMC. For the CMC to function in a healthy way, the CMC should be introduced by starting awareness campaigns to show the victim and their close ones that they can take refuge under the CMC. Coordination and collaboration between institutions, interdisciplinary exchanges and benefiting from civil society organizations’ experience and sensitivity will be a big aid in the cases being favorable for the victim child and also in protecting the child’s rights and interests.
