Özet: Our study aims to determine occupational health safety on the healthcare sector, and to take precautions for industrial accidents and occupational diseases with evaluate obtained evidences. According to our study t ocompatible with the procedure, healthcare staffs working accidents; to contact with blood and body fluids, cutter and piercing tools injuring, allergic resactions, force, musculoskeletal injuresand general accidents were determined. Our inquiry actualized with seventy five healthcare staff attending. Healthcare workers personality and work life aracteristic datas were determined with survey methods. Healthcare staffs’ working life datas and thei rworking accidents datas were evaluated. Nowadays, improvements and arrangements on the healthcare sector indicate emphasis on the occupationa lhealth safety on the healthcare. Industrial accidents are registered on the World health organization but it seems that industria laccidents which are exposed to don’t registered in Turkey. Therefore exact results couldn’t obtained. Our inquiry aims that to determine work accidents with survey method, to determine expose oneself dangers and perform risk analysis with analyze occupational health safety on the healthcare in the hospital.
