Özet: The aim of this researchis to determine the transformational, transactional Laisse faire leadership styles of school managers and the job satisfaction of teachers at primary school. It also aims to determine whether there is a relation between the job satisfaction of teachers and the leadership styles of primary school managers. To take the ideas of teachers about the leadership styles of primary school managers, “Background Information Form” and “Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire” which are developed by Weiss, England and Lofquist is used to determine the job satisfaction of teachers. Both of the questionnaires adapted to Turkish by Akdoğan in the year 2002. The research is a relational screening model. The model had been applied to Esenler city centre in 2014-2015 academic year and 341 primary school teacher responded the survey. Quantitative data obtained from the survey was analyzed with SPSS for Windows. To analyse the datas obtained from the scale; firstly frequency (f),percentage ( ), arithmethical average are considered. To establish the meaningfulness, level of the two independent groups,t- test, to compare the average of more than two groups analyses of variant (Anova) and for relation analyses is used
