Özet: To examine the conditions of nurses working in the hospitals and what sort of stuations they would encounter while trying to cope with stress arising from the ethical dilemma and concerns in the workplace. The study examined the nurses’ ethical issues and proposed some solutions. The research method in this study is literature review of related existing information (including published books, articles, published theses and reliable internet sources) which is was conducted February-May 2015. The information from these resources and evaluations from practice experience combine relational meaning. As the nurses practice their profession, negative impact may occur from some of the ethical issues. The most important of these are available in the surrounding stress and stress-related resources. The responsibility to apply code of ethics increases the stress of nurses. The emerging stress when the code of ethics is applied, it will provide itself with the integrity of the success of the service. Even though the stress can come from a variety of resources, the nurses will be more successful if they can overcome the stress emerging from ethical concerns
