Özet: The Spa & Wellness market, which is one of the most important touristic services of the tourism sector, is increasing day by day. This services as an improving trend in the world and in Turkey in recent years has attracted people's attention. The importance of studies on Spa & wellness services, which continues to develop as one of the important fields of activity of health tourism, is increasing period in spa and wellness tourism. The contribution of these programs to their service spa & wellness hotel in Turkey have examined. Qualitative research methods were used in the study. The interview method was chosen to obtain in-depth information on the subject. Interviews were conducted with 5-star spa & wellness hotel business senior executives of the World Luxury Hotel Awards nominated the in Turkey. Data were obtained from 9 hotel managers using the semi- structured interview method. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. It was concluded that hotels providing spa & wellness services actively participate in rewarding programs and compete at international standards. Also, regarding deficiencies of a spa & wellness tourism in Turkey which information was also determined.
