Özet: This study was prepared to give information about toy import controls in Turkey and to raise awareness of toy safety to families. Each product to be put on the market must meet minimum safety conditions in terms of human health, life and property safety, animal and plant life and health, environment and consumer protection, in other words, it must be safe. Although toys are manufactured in accordance with the standards, it should be noted that children can be damaged by the toy. For this reason, the choice of toys suitable for the age and development of the child is vital, however, the warnings and instructions for use on the toy should be paid attention. This study will be very informative for parents.
