Özet: In this study the concepts –right-wing populism and fascism- which are used in their stead. At this point it happens an incomprehensibility. Understanding these two concepts if they are same or not makes it easier to prohibit the incomprehensibility. Therefore firstly it is studied populism to know that what it is and then is stuedied approaches to populism. Later it is studied that similarities and differences between populism and right-wing populism. After understanding what the right-wing populism is, it is researched the fascism concept with the same literature search method. Underlining these two concepts, they are compared with each other. As a result of this it is ensured to become clearer about concepts. It is populism that causes incomprehensibility, so it needs much more places in this study. Despite the large literature fascism is a concept which is agreed upon.
