Özet: Aim: Unions have emerged as a result of the development and change of employee and employer relations. The concept of union has been developed based on employees and employers, not all employees.This concept has expanded over time as the working life has changed for all its members and has included the entire working segment, including public officials. It is predicted that the positive union perception of its members will lead to positive attitudes such as union loyalty. The main purpose of this research is; to determine the effect of union perception on union loyalty. In addition, to reveal how union loyalty and union perception differ according to occupational-demographic variables. Materials and Methods: The research was applied to 171 healthcare professionals working in a public hospital. Data collection consists of two parts. In the first part, there are 8 questions to determine the introductory characteristics of the participants, and the second part includes the Union Perception Scale and the Union Loyalty Scale. Findings: Participants; It was determined that 53.2% were women, 68.9% were married, 48% had a bachelor's degree and 78% were working in health services. It was determined that there is a moderate and statistically significant positive correlation between union perception and union loyalty (r = 0.635, p <0.001). Conclusion: It has been concluded that the union perception of healthcare workers has a significant positive effect on union loyalty.and differs according to demographic characteristics and union perception and union loyalty differ according to demographic characteristics.
