Özet: Aim: This study was conducted to determine the level of trust in the healthcare system of the society and to determine the socio-demographic variables that affect the level of trust of the healthcare system in Turkey. Materials and Methods: In order to determine the level of trust of the participants in the healthcare system, the " Trust in Health Care Systems Scale" developed by Egede and Ellis (2008) and adapted into Turkish by Dinç et al. (2013) was used. In this research, snowball sampling method used and Turkey participated in the survey of 640 people from different regions. IBM SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze these data. Results: The total mean score of the participants' level of trust in health services was determined as 55.73 ± 10.58, the total score of trust in health professionals was 33.65 ± 6.46, the total score of trust in the institution providing the cost was 12.57 ± 3.33, the trust in the health institution their total mean score is 9.50 ± 2.37. Conclusion: As a result of the research, it was determined that the level of trust of the participants in the healthcare system was above the medium level.
