Özet: Human health is extensively susceptible to external influences from different actors outside the health sector. It is, therefore, crucial to ensure that those actors and their contribution to the health sector in the design of public health policies. Developing public health policies calls for a comprehensive and holistic approach beyond the efforts of national health authorities. This study aimed to underline the importance of the ‘Health in All Policies’ approach and whether it could provide a strategic framework for healthcare services management. Hence, the ‘Health in All Policies’ approach was defined and discussed in terms of capacity building and improving capacity in chronic disease management.
