Özet: In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the 5th Grade Music Program(2017) in terms of Input and Process dimensions within the framework of Stufflebeam's CIPP Model through the opinions of teachers. The research is a qualitative study and descriptive screening model. 10 music teachers working in Mardin participated in the research. The data were obtained by interview form developed by the researcher and the interpreted with descriptive analysis method. The 5th grade music program booklet, the 5th grade textbook and also some of the student projects were examined. In the input dimension, it was seen that the program ignored the entrance characteristics of the students. The opinions about the textbooks and materials were negative and they were far from meeting the objectives of the program. In the process dimension, it was found that the process could not be passed for the purpose due to many reasons, especially time constraints.
