Özet: The development of the tourism industry around the world has made the destinations to change and develop not only in terms of economy but also in social and cultural term. This situation requires that destinations need to act in the effective and efficient organization in promotional, marketing, practice and management. Industry located within the actors and destination within the forefront of stakeholder cooperation and coordination understanding of the requirements and ideas to keep in Turkey, troops in different areas in the world and Europe, organizations, associations, federations, foundations, councils, organizations such commissions were emerged. All these tourism organizations, which are intended to move cooperation and co-operatically in all of the stakeholders in Turkey, Europe and the world, are active in national and international arena, and institute effective communications with their organizations they organize and organize the actors in the industry. In the study, it is aimed to determine the contribution and effects of national and international organizations in the tourism industry by examining the global tourism marketing. In the study that is used the qualitative research method by the secondary data, a conceptual analysis was collected by giving data with the literature review technique. The research has been found that, tourism organizations operating in the national and international arena, they have direct or indirect effects on employment, investment and infrastructure, education, marketing, creating research resources and keeping statistics, project development, product pricing, sustainable development and destination management. In addition, the decision-making aspects regarding all these issues come to the foreground about related organizations.
