Özet: Artificial intelligence is defined as the science and engineering field of producing intelligent machines. Robotics is a subfield of artificial intelligence that deals with the construction, design and use of robots to perform tasks done by humans. In this study, it is aimed to discuss the intersection of robotic field and gastronomy field and robot chefs used in gastronomy sector. The literature was scanned in the study. The literature was scanned in the study. Due to the limited literature, studies directly related to gastronomy and robotics were mentioned. Four of these studies are about kitchen and cooking. The other four are related to the service area, which can be evaluated within the scope of gastronomy. In one of the studies, the use of artificial intelligence in food and beverage businesses was discussed in a general way. In another study examined, the future of the robotics field in the food sector was discussed. In addition, this article includes 12 robot chefs. The use of robots in kitchens; it provides advantages such as saving space, saving personnel, and increasing the attraction of the business. Robotic applications will significantly contribute to the marketing of the business. Studies on robotic applications in kitchens and literature should be continued by increasing.
