Özet: Objective: This study was conducted as a descriptive study in order to assess their views on individualized care of intern nurses. Materials and Methods: The universe of this research, School of Nursing in the 2013-2014 academic year, students studying in fourth grade (N = 180), the sample of the 130 interns who agreed to participate in the research nurse created. The data in the study, intern nurses containing sociodemographic characteristics 'individual Description Form' and 'Individualized Care Skalası- Nurse Scale' use by researchers in the classroom group type is collected by a questionnaire. Results: 66.2's% of the nurses themselves of nursing interns as appropriate, individualized care of the correctly identify 71.5%, it was determined that 96.9% believe in the necessity of individualized care. Students with Individualized Care Scale while average 3.72 ± 0.98, Individualized Care Scale B average has been calculated as 3.83 ± 0.94. Conclusion: In conclusion, intern nurses in nursing actions supporting the individuality of the patient while they practice and the patient's perception was determined to maintain a good level of customization.
