Özet: Organizational socialization encompasses the process by which individuals who are new to the business acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for adapting to the business, adopting the organization, and business continuity. It is difficult to find a long-term employee as the labor turn over rate is high in the accommodation establishments. The aim of this study is to reveal whether there is a relationship between the organizational socialization processes and employee performances of the employees of 4 and 5 star accommodation establishments operating in the province of Van and whether the socialization processes of the employees affect their employee performance and to contribute to the literature in this direction. The data collection too lused consists of three parts. In the first part, there are expressions related to the demographic features, in the second part, the statements that measure the socialization levels of the employees and in the third part, the statements related to the performance of theem ployees. Collected datawere analysed through SPSS package program. As a result of the analyses carried out a positive relationship and a significant effect were determined between organizational socialization and employee performance.
